64th Annual Edgerton Dutch Festival: July 12 & 13, 2013

Friday Night's main event is the ANDY GIBSON band, a
contemporary country rock band. They will also be
bringing their dualing pianos and taking requests from

Saturday Night's main event is GREAT FRONTIER BULL RIDING. Their
performances over the last several years in our festival have been

The theme for this year's festival is "Favorite Sitcom"

EMERGENCY SERVICES FUNDRAISER
The Edgerton Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Association are once again
hosting breakfast on Saturday morning. Serving hours are 6am-10am at the new
EMERGENCY SERVICES BUILDING. Proceeds will go to support both associations.

FRIDAY'S EVENTS
8:00pm ANDY GIBSON BAND and DUELING PIANOS
at the west baseball diamonds in our City Park; concessions will be available.
Advance tickets are $10. Tickets at the gate are $12. Kids 7 & under FREE.
Tickets available for purchase at Droogers Food Center, Huisken Market, First
State Bank and Katie's Closet.
9:00-10:30pm TEEN SWIM
at the Edgerton City Pool; cost is $3.00 per person
SATURDAY'S EVENTS
6:00-10:00am PANCAKE BREAKFAST
at the new Emergency Services building on Mill Street;
sponsored by the Edgerton Volunteer Fire & Ambulance teams
7:30am DUTCH FUN RUN - 5k and 10k
sponsored by the Edgerton Chamber of Commerce; starts and ends on the
corner by Tally Ho Coffee and DeBoer Chevrolet. You must pre-register by

at Rock River Park; open to kids ages 14 and under (must be accompanied

10:30am KIDS PEDAL TRACTOR PULL
at the City Park tennis courts; ages 4-11 will compete for trophies; all area
children are welcome to participate (tractors will be provided).
11:00am-4:00pm ARTS & CRAFTS EXPO
on the grassy lot just north of First State Bank on Main Street. Contact Bev

at the Edgerton City Pool

located at the corner of Main Street and Center Street near the CAR SHOW.
1:00-5:00pm BEAN BAG TOURNAMENT
on Main Street next to the Veteran's Memorial. Limited to the first 16 teams
that sign up. Entry fee is $16/team. Double elimination. Be sure to bring

1:00-6:00pm INFLATABLES with WATER FEATURE!
at the Edgerton City Park; unlimited participation for only $10/kid!
1:30-3:30pm 10th ANNUAL DUTCH FESTIVAL CAR SHOW
on the north end of Main Street; registration begins at noon.
4:00-5:00pm SIDEWALK CHALK ART CONTEST
Main Street in front of the NAPA store. Contact Marilyn DeKam at

7:00pm PARADE
Big bands, home-made neighborhood floats and antiques make
this one of the best parades in the area! This year's theme of
"Favorite Sitcom" will be sure to inspire creative thinking.
8:30-10:30pm DIRT KICKIN' WICKED GOOD BULL RIDING
at the City Park; concessions will be available. Advance ticket prices
are $12/adults and $6/kids 6-12. At-the-gate ticket prices are
$14/adults; $7/kids 6-12; free for kids 5 & under. Tickets available for
purchase at Droogers Food Center, Huisken Market, First State Bank
and Katie's Closet.

7:00pm WORSHIP SERVICE
Community worship service at the football field; rain/weather location is
First Christian Reformed Church.
